CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SUPERVISOR
(Customer Service Department)
Qualifications:
• A graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course
• At least 3 years exposure or working experience in a power utility or a service-related company, specifically one heavy on customer service handling.
• With driving skill (must have a valid license)
Responsibilities:
• To ensure immediate and thorough response to customers’ requests, needs and requirements from the company, thus promoting their satisfaction and patronage.
