STORE SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Check and approve Stock Requisition Slip from the merchandisers and Lane in Charge for display in the store.
2. Display monitoring and implement proper arrangement of the stocks.
3. Ensure price tags are correct and are placed visibly on shelves and on items.
4. Report bad orders or stocks not salable in the store.
5. Ensuring Lane in Charge, merchandisers and Promo Peoples good performance.
6. Monitor and discipline misconduct or inappropriate behavior of the employees and merchandisers inside the store.
7. Report and make memos for subordinates that are absent without permission.
8. Fill up the Whereabouts and check the Supervisor’s Daily Check List.
9. Monitor and ensure the cleanliness of the store.
10. Perform other tasks as required by management.
QUALIFICATION:
-Female, 25 – 38 Years Old
-Graduate of any four-year course
-Fast Learner and Willing To Be Trained
-With experience in Warehouse Supervisory field is an advantage
