Positions:
1. HR ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- liaison between the dealership and HR central
- primarily responsible for the preliminary screening, selection and placement of applicants as well as the coordination of the required services relative to benefits, employee relations programs and recognition programs for the assigned dealership
Qualifications:
- preferably a graduate of Behavioral Science or any related course
- with at least 2 years experience in HR related work
- above average written and oral communication skills
- with good interpersonal counseling, interviewing and project management skills
- must be service and results oriented
- approachable and can function well under pressure
2. CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASST.
Responsibilities:
- promoting customer satisfaction through different customer relations and marketing activities
Qualifications:
- graduate of any business course or mass communications
- 20-24 years old
- with strong customer handling background
- must have a pleasing personality
- good oral and written communication skills
- has a positive attitude
