I am 36 I find so very difficult to apply job locally only one thing I know to myself I am an Electronics Engr. I am healthy, physically able and has an experience here and abroad so is there anything wrong that I have no chance to work here? I have no question about the salary I just want to work in this country, in my place why that chances are narrow when you are a professional filipino in Philippines than a filipino in foriegn country most likely experience and talented pinoys are being paid or used by companies abroad in europe the older you are the most hired you are because they are after of what you can contribute to the company they consider you as an asset but here most likely happen employees are come and go because company never realized that being a good and experience employee contribute the stability of a company.
