Positions:

1. PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose

• to handle the introduction of new fixed assets into the company; this could involve the relocation and optimization of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets; it may extend from the initial conceptual studies to project closeout

Qualifications:

• degree/diploma in Engineering field (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical)
• minimum 3-5 years experience in a technical field in a food manufacturing facility

2. FIRST LINE MANAGER

Job Purpose:

• manages and coaches a team in the execution of all manufacturing activities that are required for the conversion of raw materials to finished goods; he/she does this on a shift or day basis; for this, the FLM must have an in-depth technical knowledge (i.e. process and product mastery)

Qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in any scientific discipline (e.g. Food Technology, Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.)
• minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing

3. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR EXECUTIVE FOR ENGINEERING

Job Purpose:

• maintains factory machinery and equipment in perfect running conditions at the most economic way

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or BS in Electrical Engineering
• at least two years experience in the field

4. LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose:

• to ensure that effective warehousing functions and operations are observed through materials handling and tight materials control system which covers the reception of raw/packaging materials deliveries, issuance of raw/packaging materials to Production, orderly arrangement of stocks, proper storage and security of stocks, finished goods dispatched and with the objective of extending prompt services to Production and other areas

Qualifications:

• must be college graduate, preferably an Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience
• with good moral character
• at least 2-3 years of experience in warehousing functions and operations

5. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Job Purpose:

• to schedule and implement the necessary maintenance, improvement and servicing of production machinery and assets resulting in reliable manufacturing operations utilizing the Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) Methodology as strategy and the AMM as the tool
• to optimize performance of the manufacturing machinery and assets operation within the constraints of safety, environment, optimum cost and assuring the best value in engineering
• to plan the appropriate schedule of servicing the manufacturing machinery and assets minimizing the impact to short and long term production volume objectives, having available manpower needed to execute the activities
• establishment of new FLOC/Equipment in the Master Data

Qualifications:

• graduate of any engineering course (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics and Communication)
• at least two years experience in mechanical work and other engineering related experience in any manufacturing company

6. QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose:

• leads the factory in the implementation of quality assurance activities in the main factory laboratory, in all the factory in-line or satellite laboratories as well as the co-packer laboratories
• ensures that the requirements of the Nestle Quality System elements related to Laboratory Management are implemented effectively and consistently
• ensures that the required resources to ensure that products manufactured in the factory comply with all safety, regulatory and quality requirements; this includes ensuring the proper development of all factory personnel handling analytical and related activities and the planning of all laboratory facilities of the factory
• acts as the deputy Quality Assurance Department Head in overseeing the operations of the department

Qualifications:

• graduate of any Engineering course (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics and Communication)
• at least two years experience in mechanical works and other Engineering related experience in any manufacturing company
