Positions, Responsibilities and Qualifications:

1. BRANCH MANAGERS (Malita/Pototan/Ozamis/Zamboanga)- Lead team members to achieve sales target consistently. Make sure all branch facilities are operational and well maintained. Make sure all collections are posted properly and deposited daily. Keep inventory healthy, moving and replenished on time. High customer service, measured by service, parts sales and pay in store.

• Male, not over 35 years old
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
• Preferably with work related experience gained in a Motorcycle Industry or in a fast paced FMCG company
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate and with strong leadership and management skills
• Knows how to drive motorcycle units with valid drivers license. (Restriction Code 1&2)

2. CREDIT SPECIALISTS (Ozamis)- Perform credit investigation. Perform other CI related functions as required.

• Male, not more than 32 years old
• Graduate of any 4 year course preferably BS-Criminology graduate
• Candidate must possess strong credit investigation and analytical skills and with a balanced-decision making abilities
• Must be honest, flexible and a team player
• Computer literate
• Willing to do field work and knows how to drive motorcycle units with valid drivers license (Restriction Code 1&2)

3. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (UCFC Davao)- Visit customers and collect MA due. Perform other AE related functions as required.

• Male, not over 32 years old
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
• Must possess effective monitoring of handled accounts coupled with efficiency in the management of receivables
• Knows how to drive motorcycle units with valid drivers license (Restriction Code 1&2)

4. SERVICE MECHANICS (Ozamis)- Provide after-sales repair and maintenance service to MC Units. Keep service area clean and in order at all times. Perform other activities as may be assigned by Branch Manager.

• Male, not over 32 years old
• At least High School graduate, or with Vocational Diploma on Mechanical related field or with short course certificate in Engineering or its equivalent
• Must have full knowledge on all aspects of motorcycles

5. FINANCING MANAGER (Ozamis/Davao/Laoag/General Santos City/Saranggani/South Cotabato)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
• Job role in Credit Management or Financial Planning/Wealth Management
• Willing to perform fieldwork
