General reason nyo is hnd kami ngmeet sa qualification! hello! hindi nyo lng nga nainterview tapos ijujudge nyo nah!??? wlang kwenta!

Guest you are entitled to whatever you feel pero this is the reality of job hunting in the phils. There are far worse experiences… You can read some of them in the Real Stories category.
If you found this experience unnerving, be prepared for even more. Ganito talaga mag hanap ng trabaho… I am not saying that this is how things should be. It shouldn’t be like this at all but this is the Philippines my friend and this is Misamis Oriental. In most cases you have to crawl through countless obstacles to get a job.
By the way, I just copied whatever was posted in PESO. Employers are solely responsible for whatever they post. misorjobs is purely a jobs and tips posting blog and has no connection with any of the employers.
Will tama si ninah, ganito talaga ang paghahanap ng trabaho. I also experienced this to SM. Infact nag judge ka agad sila sa akin resume without knowing ang ganda ng background ko sa job na ina aplayan ko sa kanila. Pero ganito talaga ang buhay kailangan may patient ka, Pero sa dito sa atin iba yong quailification kailangan may kakilala minsan to get that job…kaya is not about what you know but whom you know minsan.
SM i dont know…pangit talaga style nila!
